Personal and Group Retreats

Stay overnight or come for a week.  Come alone or bring family and friends.  Engage is a wonderful place to unwind and retreat from the busyness of everyday life.

Church youth groups, small groups, staff and pastors enjoy coming to Engage for spiritual growth, fun and relaxation, while they fellowship and build strong relationships. Engage Christian Center is a “No Fee – Donation Only” retreat center. We can only provide this facility through the generous donations of general supporters or those who have stayed at Engage for their Group or Family retreat and  have reaped the benefits of the spiritual serenity of the Scripture Hiking Trails, Prayer Center, Training Center and Christian fellowship in the Dining Hall or around the campfire. Please consider your donation to help cover the utilities and operating costs of our 70 acres and multiple buildings. Only with your donation will the Engage Christian Center be able to continue to offer this beautiful facility for your organization and others. God Bless you and thank you for your support.

You can spend time in the 24/7 prayer room with resource posters about North Korea, or walk the well-marked scripture trails that  meander through our wooded property.   Locally you can visit a zoo or museum, swim, fish, ride horses or play golf.  For more ideas see  LOCAL ATTRACTIONS.

Check out our suggestions on WHAT TO BRING.  Remember we’re in the woods.  The city may be scorching hot, but in the woods it is shaded and cooler.  While at Engage you are responsible for your own meals in our ‘You-Cook-You-Clean’ kitchen.  Call if you would like names of local caterers or take-out favorites.

There are optional add-ons to your retreat provided by staff at Engage for a small fee.  These range from kid craft projects, to short teachings on quiet time and prayer journaling.  We’d like to hear your suggestions about topics that interest your group – we may be able to add value to your stay.

For Information or Reservations Call:  Dale (417) 259-4424 (English) for Korean (214) 679-5326.
