The Engage Mission Experience is designed to provide a three-dimensional exposure to missions: through those who have been in the mission field, through the world renowned material of “Pathlight – Toward Global Awareness”*, and through the opportunity to personally visit the mission field of Northeast Asia.
Do you have a heart for missions? Do you want to explore missions through those who have been there? Do you want to experience the most unreached part of the world to determine what God may have in store for you?

Taught in English and Korean, the “Pathlight” curriculum will be covered in 3 weekends, Friday evening and Saturday. The first two weekends will be held in a church in the DFW area and the third weekend will be held at the Engage Christian Center in Lindale TX (90 minutes east of Dallas near I-20)
The English-speaking and Korean-speaking groups will discuss each Pathlight session and then share with the entire group what they have taken away from the course material.
Guest Speakers, to be announced, will share their experience in various mission fields around the world, but especially in Northeast Asia. You will hear first-hand what’s really happening in this part of the world and how it will be changing in the near future. While this is the darkest area for Christianity, it is the also fastest growing. The harvest is plenty now and the laborers are few, but if closed areas open up, even more laborers will be needed. These speakers can give you insight that’s available nowhere else.
Following the program, if you want to know how and where in Northeast Asia you might be able to serve the Kingdom, you can go with our partners for a short-term mission/vision trip to those areas that few people have been to. You might be asking, how can you help “prepare the soil”? How can you support those who operate in these unreached/dark areas? Come pray for those in the unreached people group areas. See how God loves them and listen for God’s plan for your future.
After completing the Engage Mission Experience, come pray and meditate at the Engage Christian Center and experience the 70 acres of God’s East Texas wooded land, which has housed Kingdom ministries for decades. Walk the Scripture Trails, pray for Northeast Asia, fellowship with other attendees who are searching for their God-directed path and we hope you return for your individual or group retreat or help Engage as a Staff Volunteer to accelerate the growth of evangelism.
